  • We aim to ship your package within 5 business days.

    The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-3 working days and 7-14 days if the package is sent to another country.


  • €5,95 within the Netherlands. 
    €8,95 to another country.


  • All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

    However, if for some reason your item arrives damaged, we can arrange a return.

  • How to return your item?

    1. Send an e-mail to loyslaundry@hotmail.com with your name, the name of your item, the reason for your return, and a picture of the damage.

    2. Repack your item and include your name in/on the package so that we know it's yours (otherwise we do not know where to refund the money).

    3. Buy a shipping label (you have ti cover the return costs yourself). 

    4. Send the package to:

    The package must be send directly to this address as we won't be able to pick it up at a kiosks or post office. Please keep in mind that the package's arrival is entirely your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend you to obtain a track and trace number!

    5. Once we have received your return, you will receive an email. Then, it can then take up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
