TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Loys.Laundry is registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce with number: 87772914.
Clause 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Loys.Laundry apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Loys.Laundry. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please send an email to email@example.com
Clause 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. Loys.Laundry will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, Loys.Laundry will remain the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.
2.3 All images and specifications are an indication. Every product is handcrafted so variation may occur. If a product does not meet your expectation, it may not be a reason to file a claim.
Clause 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 You can pay with the secure payment method Ideal.
3.2 If Loys.Laundry posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.
3.3 All product prices shown on www.loyslaundry.com are including taxes but excluding shipping costs.
Clause 4. | Shipment and Delivery Policy
4.1 Loys.Laundry delivers packages using the courier service of DHL.
4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or if you are not home when the courier has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Loys.Laundry calculates these additional costs on to you. Also if you missed the courier and your package gets lost because of this, Loys.Laundry can not be held accountable (see 4.5).
4.3 We aim to post your package within 5 working days. The expected delivery time of DHL is 3-5 working days. In case DHL is delayed, Loys.Laundry can not be held accountable.
4.4 Loys.Laundry always strives to get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock or if post services are on a strike) you will be notified about this.
4.5 Up to and including the delivery, Loys.Laundry bears the responsibility for the order. After the point of delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you. This point of delivery refers to the moment DHL dlivers or tries to deliver the package at your adress. In case the package is forwarded to a parcel point because no one was able to receive the package for any reason, the responsibility lies with you.
4.6 Please note that the delivery times in clause 4.3 are estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, Loys.Laundry will always do everything in their power to make sure your order arrives on time.
Clause 5. | Returns & Exchanges
5.1 We, of course, hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to issue a refund.
Here are our rules if you want to return something and get a refund:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after your package has been deliverd, to get a refund.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
- Please note: items will only be accepted when shipped. Returns delivered personally by customers by our return address will not be refunded.
- Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
- Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.Please note, the damage has to be proven at the day of arrival by sending a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org.

5.2 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment is not the responsibility of Loys.Laundry. Loys.Laundry will not accept your return if it was mistakenly sent to the incorrect address and as a result is lost or does not adhere to the 14-day return approval period.
5.3 If it turns out that the returned item is used, worn, damaged or incomplete we have the right to refuse returned item.
5.4 The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day that you returns package arrived back in our office.
5.5 Loys.Laundry can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.
Clause 6. | Copyright
6.1 All photos and images displayed by Loys.Laundry are copyrighted. Without written permission from Loys.Laundry, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly
Clause 7. | Disputes
7.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by Dutch law.8.2

Clause 8. | Custom Made
8.1 Custom made orders are designed exclusively for you and based upon your requests. Therefore they cannot be returned.
8.2 We strive to finish your custom made order within 3 week after the invoice has been paid. Due to high demand, it might take longer as we aim. We kindly ask for your understanding.
