Delivery Time
We aim to ship your package within 5 business days. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-3 working days, and for international deliveries, it is 7-14 days.Shipping Costs
- Within the Netherlands: €6.95 shipping with PostNL.
- International shipping: Costs vary depending on the destination and weight. Please refer to the PostNL website for the latest rates.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to issue a refund. You can arrange this by emailing us at info@loyslaundry.com or sending us a direct message @Loys.Laundry.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, please follow these guidelines:- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your package's delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please note: Returns will only be accepted if shipped to our return address. Items delivered personally to our return address will not be refunded.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
- Personalized items, as they are made to order, cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take?
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process the return within 7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for lost return packages. Emails inquiring about refunds will not be answered until after the 7-business-day processing period.Costs of Return
Refunds cover the full cost of the items in your order, excluding any postage charges. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. -
