The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-3 working days and 7-14 days if the package is sent to another country.

If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to issue a refund. Fill in the return form.
Here are our rules if you want to return something and get a refund:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after your package has been deliverd, to get a refund.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
- Please note: items will only be accepted when shipped. Returns delivered personally by customers by our return address will not be refunded.
- Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
- Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take?
Once we've received your return item(s), we will process it within 7 business days. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will not reply on emails about refunds before the 7 business day mark.
Costs of return
Refunds are for the full cost of the items in your order minus any postage charge. Customers cover any return postage costs.
