How do I return a product?
Purchased items can be returned via our return portal, within 14 days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and be returned in its original packaging. Please not that we do not pay for additional customer tax.

What is the delivery time?
We aim to ship your package within 5 business days. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-3 working days and 7-14 days if the package is sent to another country.
Do I have to pay for return shipments?
Customers cover any return postage costs. This will be deducted from the costs of your item when refunded.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do have a studio which you can visit for a personal shopping appointment or to customize your own blazer. Our studio is located at Keizersgracht 560, Amsterdam. Click here to schedule an appointment.
How can track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your order. If not, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team at loyslaundry@hotmail.com with your order number.
